Drinks Reception:
Outside on the Terrace and in the Morning Room with Prosecco & Sparkling Elderflower. Canapes circulated by staff included Crispy Duck Cone, Cucumber & Spring Onion, Oriental Sauce, Classic Chicken Satay, Fresh Lime, Satay Dipping Sauce & Flaked Poached Salmon, Horseradish, Lime & Dill Mayonnaise, Crisp Bread.

Wedding Breakfast within the Castle Dining Room: 
Starter of Red’s Thai Spiced Fish Cake, Salmon & Cod flavoured with Lime, Coriander, Ginger & Chili, Mango Salsa, Leaves
Main of Lamb Tagine “Moroccan Style” Cooked the traditional Spices and Cinnamon
Dessert of White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake, White Chocolate Shards, White Chocolate Sauce, Raspberry Jelly, Raspberry Sorbet

Evening Entertainment and Bar within the Castle Dining Room and first dance at the bottom of our elegant staircase with evening food consisting of bowls of Jollof Rice, Grilled Chicken Thighs (on Bone) with Thyme & Coleslaw

Nicky & Tunde had a beautiful wedding with lots of Nigerian traditions incorporated in to a British venue. Overall the day was very relaxed and just what the couple wanted. Nicky and Tunde even committed to booking Castle Goring during the restoration work, and saw the magical space develop right up until a few months before they celebrated their day.
