The property is surrounded by open countryside with the A27 running along the northern boundary set behind a screen of trees. The A27 provides excellent links to both Chichester (17 miles) and Brighton (15 miles). The A27 also provides connections to the A23, which merges into the M23 providing access to Gatwick International Airport, the wider motorway network via the M25 and central London which is approximately 63 miles away. Goring-by-Sea is the nearest train station with a direct service to London Victoria. Worthing train station also runs a service directly to London Victoria and takes approximately 90 minutes. There is also an alternative direct line to London from Arundel.
The property is located within the South Downs National Park. About 5 miles to the west is the historic town of Arundel with its famous castle and cathedral whilst Chanctonbury Hill fort is situated to the east. The property is also located near to the prosperous commercial centres of Chichester and Brighton. Worthing, a classic British seaside resort is 4 miles away and boasts an impressive beach which attracts a large number of tourists each year.
Heading south on the A24 at the Findon by-pass roundabout, take the third exit on to the A280 (Long Furlong), follow the A280 until you come to the roundabout for the A27 and take the first exit towards Brighton. Half a mile along the A27, turn right which will take you across the adjacent side of the A27 into Castle Goring Way. Then take a right where the private entrance to Castle Goring is found.
