Drinks Reception:
Guests enjoyed glasses of Nyetimber and Pink Lemonade inside our State Rooms and onto the terrace whilst enjoying a selection of 5 canapes circulated by staff, including, Flaked Poached Salmon, Horseradish, Lime & Dill Mayonnaise on a Crisp Bread, Lightly Peppered Smoked Salmon, Crème Fraiche on a Rye Croute, Fig & Goat Cheese on Toast, Smoked Salmon with Lemon on Rye Croute and Bocconcini and Tomato Lollipops.

Wedding Breakfast within the Castle Dining Room: 
Starter of Goat Cheese Bon Bon & Three Beets, Golden Beetroot, Bullseye and Purple, Apple Balsamic Walnuts and Leaves.
Main of Slow Cooked Blade of Aged Beef, Braising Juices Dauphinoise, Carrots & Broccoli, Crispy Parsnip, Jus.
Dessert Raspberry Eton Mess, Local Sussex Raspberries dropped in Vanilla Cream with Crushed Pavlova with a mini scoop of Raspberry Sorbet.

Evening Entertainment and Bar within the Dining Room and Staterooms with an Evening Cheese Stack to include, Sussex Charmer Cheddar, Brighton Blue, Goodwood Camembert and a Sussex Ash Goat, accompanied with Artisan Breads, Water Biscuits, Fruit and Chutney.

Niki and Arnoud enjoyed a beautiful day at Castle Goring, with half of their guests travelling from France to join them on their special day, each table was named after a bottle of Champagne as well as table decorations including Champange coupes filled with sugared almonds.
