An evening of music and art unfolds throughout the grand surroundings of Castle Goring.

Guests are welcomed from 6pm with a glass of Nyetimber and an opportunity to explore a specially curated selection of portraiture by award-winning artist Svetlana Cameron.

At 6.30pm, the Stradivarius Piano Trio are joined by soprano Charlotte Broker for Behind Baroque Battlements, with music by Dowland, Purcell and Handel.

As the evening progresses, audience and musicians move upstairs amongst the paintings for Shelley’s Contemporary. Beethoven’s Archduke Trio gives way to a change of mood with songs from the Nat King Cole songbook, including Autumn Leaves, Nature Boy, Mona Lisa and Smile.

The evening concludes with a Nyetimber reception before carriages at 8.45pm.
